We were welcomed by Katie Kovalenko, she let us know that she was there to help us if we needed it. She made it a point to not follow us around the store like past experiences I've had at Bob's and other furniture stores. She was super polite and ready to help when we decided on what we wanted. She was informative, friendly and got us a receipt in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend her for future sales. We know we will be back!!

Jasmine was a fantastic at helping me and my mom pick out new mattresses. I felt no pressure and she showed us lots of mattresses that were in our budget and also our specific needs for comfort. We were met by Katie Kovalenko when arriving to shop for recliners and office furniture for our home office. She listened to what we wanted and then taking us to the recliners we wanted. After trying many out found the two choices that were best. Then the final decision was made and found two awesome comfortable electric recliners. Katie also helped us find the perfect fitting table and chair to create an in home office for computers etc. She and Raymour Flanigan made our day!! Most importantly she had the perfect mixture of helping but not crowding us while we made our way shopping through the store. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the store. Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
