I have to leave this absolutely amazing review for kasson place Apts as I have been residing at 622 James street for several years and plan on residing here forever. This is the most beautiful and outstanding property I have ever resided in ever. management here at kasson place is the most kind,generous,and friendly management and I’m so blessed they all go above and beyond for tenants more than ever.The maintenance is spectacular and when you ever need anything done in the building I reside in they go the extra mile and much more to assure anything and everything is done no questions asked. The buildings are very private and secure and it always feels like home no matter what. I am so blessed and so very appreciative of the property manager jay who is very knowledgeable and stays on top of everything and is by far the very best property manager we have had in some time and I can’t say enough about him he’s simply amazing and much more. I recommend living in kasson place Apts if anyone is seeking a beautiful living experience and is pet friendly I certainly couldn’t ask or expect anything more from my renting from this amazing,beautiful and historical property. I give kasson place Apts a 10+++++++. No hesitation. Thank you kasson place for the best living experience and amenities such as laundry on premises and a absolute amazing indoor gym and much much more. You have rented from the rest now rent from the best at kasson place Apts. Relatives just moved in. Management seemed very accessible. Also maintenance was quick to fix issues. Clean and fairly updated. Cable and internet come with. On-site laundry and work out room. Overall very nice place.

Where do I begin?! Branca and Mary have be over the top amazing from the start to finish. I travel with my job and have lived in a lot of apartments and I have never had better management. I had one issue in the apartment and maintenance was out the same day! I loved the apartment, my neighbors, and the area. I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars.
