I send a lot of packages overseas and have visited many post offices. The worker at this office in downtown Syracuse was the most professional and friendly person I have ever met. I failed to get the name tag, but I will do just that and update this review.

Whenever I go in they are always very helpful and are able to answer all the questions I ask. I'm in and out rather quickly as well.

Hard to say specifically, but if letter was dropped into general collection in the AM, I'd imagine it would be 2 or 3 days.
You can park on street. Cross the street there's also a parking lot. Not sure if it's public though.
They have a sign up on the wall listing passports. For Passport times you should call or visit the nearest post office. There is a website.
