I usually handle most things online when I can, so rare occasion going inside. I needed a money order. The teller, Betsey asked me if I needed assistance filling out the money order or the envelope. I never seen anyone help another in such a public setting to ensure they business was handled properly. I was very impressed! Although, I didn't need help, but it makes me proud knowing we are a sanctuary city with endless refugees. Shout out to Betsey for her kindness and courtesy!

A general observation: I have a PO Box at this location for several years and haven't had any issues. It's strange though that this office has far more customers than the W. Taft Rd. Post Office, yet has fewer workers. I recommend the Teall Ave location have 3 employees on during busy times and days.

Had a package sent to the wrong address, called the post office and they said they would hold the package until I picked it up, came back the next day and it was sent back to sender

You can do it online at their website usps.com or go in and get a form to fill out.

It usually will be returned to you automatically requesting postage. Some occasionally will make it to destination and receiver will be given opportunity to pay for it on their end. Unfortunately you will have to wait for one of those to occur. It can not be retrieved unless you happen to catch your mail carrier before he or she returns to the office in the evening.
Why didn't my Package come my address?. Why was it sent to the Teall ave. Post office when it was already at the S. Salina post that's close to. . My home?
