Worst dealer ever! Regardless of their for show reply to this review. This review has been a long time coming and avoided too long. I like my coach just fine, but transwest is the typical dealership where you can expect to be treated very well until your purchase is complete. We were promised a 500.00 detail which we never received and it was on a “we owe”, but that’s not the worst. Rv leaked immediately, dealer said sorry, these things happen, Rv pulled driving down interstate, dealer said, that’s normal, awning stopped working and it was a power to ground issue, dealer stated they had to replace motor, and my cameras showed a power to ground repair but my receipt was for coverage deductible and 3k in replacement parts, manager didn’t care they said that’s normal so they can get paid what they are owed. All the upholstery (fake leather) peeled away within two months of owning and we were told, it must be something we did. Come to find out, these lazy people could have just called Newmar and found out it’s ever last coach and Newmar would replace the upholstery for the owners because of a defect. Can’t get that done without finding out for self. Without continuing with all the negative about this place and run around they give you at every last one of their dealerships in America because we have been to several locations. Transwest is a terrible dealership and once you purchase the service plan for your rig through them, you are married to transwest and can’t get in to other dealerships or use mobile repair and their customer service is horrid to say the very least. I would absolutely never walk through their doors again and I’ve proved that by paying for services and repairs myself or just doing the repairs myself to avoid this dealership for more than the last year. There are plenty of dealers and their “good deals”, are not worth the so called upfront savings. It will be cheaper for anyone reading to avoid this place. Pay for the flight to Dallas, Florida, Nebraska, California or another state with a reputable Newmar dealer.

My husband and I had stopped in and talked with a salesman a few weeks back about an older diesel. Yesterday we found another motor home in Iowa so we wanted to get some information to maybe help us in our decision, when I called back to transwest to talk with the salesman about some things he was rude and short, he acted like I was waisting his time. I guess if your not looking to buy a 600,000$ motor home you aren’t worth the time!! One of my biggest pet peeves is when salesman treat women like we are stupid and not worth discussing things with… My decision has been made as far as who I will be buying from and I doubt very highly it will be this company!

Hi Cliff, Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not install performance parts on vehicles. That will require a specialty shop.
