Bus drivers are allowed to yell at students in their face. The supervisor is as rude as the drivers and unprofessional. I hope Ray-pecs's contract ends soon.

This is the first year we have had problems. It seems to be the driver we have. First of the year we were given a time the bus would be here and every day she was early and left my son and other kids in our neighborhood. I talked to the bus company several times and was told that the time had changed they just hadn’t had time to put the change on the website. So we adjusted to that schedule. Which was very difficult because I work overnight at a hospital and have to rush home to make sure my 4 th grader gets on the bus. Sometimes he has to run out himself. Those days he tends to forget his mask and the driver told him if he forgot it again she would leave him. Once again he is in 4 th grade and trying to get everything done himself sometimes. Also the school doesn’t require masks. This morning I was not home on time he ran out and forgot his mask. That lady kicked him off the bus to stay all day alone for all she knew. If they require masks and the school doesn’t they should provide them and definitely not leave a 9 year old behind to miss school. That is just ridiculous!!
