The process was great from the start. Charles was laid back and gave great advise of what to ask other companies as he knew I was shopping around. He was easy to chat with and I didn't feel pressured to sign anything. Our installers (Luke, Rick and Matt) were great. They worked quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed their commentary while getting things done as well. I love our new windows! I can't wait to see how much it helps this coming winter!

Yes the warranty covers seal failures on the windows from both of the manufacturers we buy from.
