I've been a resident of my home for 5 years and always had great service. When I've had questions or issues I know that I can send them a message on facebook and get a quick and helpful response. Response time is usually minutes, not hours or days.

Same as others have said. Bulk trash day is a joke. Not only do they NOT take it. I usually come home and there's more than what was there when I left. They might take 1 or 2 items but they never take it all and there ARE times I have a smaller pile than the neighbors. Which have started to add to my pile so they can make 1 stop. But nope..come home and it's still there. Called and no answer. Locked into this horrible service with a city contract and I have no other option..maybe me and Brian should get together and start dumping it all at the office.
