Just viewed a YouTube video of one if your tyrant officers pepper spraying an already handcuffed man. This idiot officer was so into his rage filled tyrancy that he recklessly sprayed his fellow officer. What is the protocol for usage when it comes to using pepper spray? Seems unjustified, your officer is so mad that this man is not moving fast enough for him. He has a God complex "Do as I say now or I will make you pay!". Did the fellow officer take time away from work to recover from him being hit by the pepper spray? On going everywhere YouTube is allowing viewers to see the corruption from officers everywhere. Disgusting that tax dollars fund legal corruption. At least we can be thankful he didn't accidentally pull his gun instead. Just a word of education, seems comments are being deleted. I took a screen shot of this review as well as my facebook review if my comment if deleted I will forward this information to the appropriate people for deletion of public record.
