I've had 17 packages since Jan 22 all get delayed and arrive late once they hit Bismarck, they say transferring to another carrier and sit for 3+ days, same thing every time SO FRUSTRATING!

We do not get our mail for up to a week at a time or longer, generally we have to go to the annex and get it ourselves. I would welcome back the pony express!!

If your a driver for amazon trailer you have to unload your trailer for u r self, very bad people here stop coming here.

Its a distribution center so its preaty much a warehouse they sort mail in. If your looking to send mail or a smaller package they do have mailboxes outside and a parcel drop on the far left door to the building but there is no service desk. As far as general delivery maby if your in the area and its somthing bigger. Otherwise probably the normal office downtown.
The USPS does provide boxes which cost different prices to ship depending on size
