I'll see a package arrived at bismarck PO on a certain day and it takes 4 to 5 days from that day before I receive it. When i go on the website to schedule a pickup i have to fill in 20 different things for it to tell me service is unavailable. EVERYTIME. I could go on and on. 1 star is to high!!

Great experience. Nice employees and fast service. I have shipped over five thousand packages through this location with zero complaints. I occasionally see customers with bad attitudes but the employees always handle them professionally. They showed me some neat tricks for shipping faster as well like the Scan Form. I have the highest respect for them.

USPS here in Bismarck has been the absolute WORST I have ever experienced. I have had every package this year be delayed for at least a week with 0 updates on why or where my package is at. I had one instance where the package was in Bismarck but not being delivered and USPS would NOT tell me where my package was at so I could pick it up myself. After several emails, calls and in person stops, it randomly appeared in my mailbox 5 days later with no tracking update. This service up here is absolutely abysmal and I will do everything in my power to avoid using this shipping service. For anyone looking to ship anything, use FedEx or UPS here in Bismarck, they are exponentially more reliable.
