Spoke to the property manager, stopped him on a rainy day in August or July. Asked him about availability. He is super nice and very energetic. Still waiting for our chance to get in, but very much so looking forward to it.

A sparkling pool. Not sure about weight room but maybe. No fireplaces.

Definitely go the office and speak with someone because it can be hard to reach anyone by phone.
