This place is trash. I surrendered my apartment back at the end of June. I haven’t heard from the landlord what so ever. This place is a joke. The landlord is never in the office. I will be in touch with fox 4 news and an attorney. This place is going down.

No ac. And even after submitting a maintenance erequest it has not been fixed or replaced. Roaches in the apartments. And again after e-mail and submitting a request nothing has been done. I do not think they actually have a maintenance crew or call exterminators. Honestly, you would be better off living in your car than this apartment complex. Big thumbs down.

New property Management Apreal is freaking horrible. Oh man don't try calling her because she will not answer or return calls.. Plus make sure if she tells you something that is supposed to happen. Get it in writing..

I would give zero stars because this place is 100% not an ok place to start out or to live in at all. You'll never get the help you need.. they don't answer there calls nor is anyone ever in the office during office hours. Oh and let's not forget they try and steal money from their tenants. I'm just gonna say one name that steals and for sure doesn't help their tenants consuelo.. the new management April can't even do her job correctly and isn't even in the office ever. Do you jobs correctly or karma will be coming.

I do have some questions do you allow pets and I do you have available apt and do you go by credit or how much is the deposit and will there be one around the 1st i will call you in the morning ty for answering my questions God bless
They allow 2 animals but you have to talk to them about it. Depende on which one you get but not all of them are wheelchair friendly. May have to add your own ramp.
