Do not go here for anything. I bought two brand new vehicles and all the aftermarket warranties available spending over $100k in one purchase. Took them 5 months to fix a scratch in my wheel. I ended up having to leave it there for 3 weeks to finally have it fixed. I got my car back with +200 miles added to the odometer, and it is filthy dirty. I let the service jerk have it over the phone after not hearing a word from them after dropping it off after 2 weeks. I can’t get ahold of any one in the dealership to address the issue past a “wow, I can’t believe that. Sorry” I’ll never go here again and I’m getting my warranties refunded because it’s next to impossible to use them. Terrible customer service. No one at max motors in Belton Mo cares about their customers after you make the purchase.

There're usually very good at customer service maybe in your case a slight oversight perhaps? Give it couple days & call em back. If still no response maybe try another dodge dealership?
The dealerships have vehicles arriving daily and also buy vehicles even if you don't buy from them. I would call the dealership.
