I'm really glad I found this place to call home. I am going into my 6th year in this complex. Overall it has been very quiet and my neighbors have been very nice. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient when you put in maintenance requests. Management is good too. The people in the main office really seem to care. When I have had problems they have made attempts to remedy the situation and come up with accomodations for my apartment. I am satisfied with this complex and plan on staying as long as I can. Note: This review has been amended. I originally had posted a low review, but my concerns have finally been addressed and the current management was very sincere and understanding of what I needed to be comfortable in my space. Past management was much much harder to deal with.

Update as of July 2022: I've felt it nessary to do an update on our experience living here. We have lived here now going on 4 years and I can't say we are still as excited as when we first moved in. This place used to be peaceful. Now we recieve multiple emails about various "infractions" through out the complex that have nothing to do with us directly. They just send out emails threatening action but no action taken with those who are actually causing the infractions. The landscaping has taken a dive. Lots of trees overgrown or dying. The office staff are not very helpful, or professional or friendly. It's changed so drastically in the last year and a half that we are considering a move. Im rather upset about it, this places went from a piece of heaven to a prison. This has nothing to do with the people that live here or the maintenance staff. This has everything to do with Essex property managemwnt, staff and the almost ever-changing list of things we can or can't do. Update as of 10-28-2020: I've lived hear now for over a year and I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff are friendly, the maintenance crew is fantastic and the community is amazing. The place is great, quite and lovely views. It is truly our happy place. I am so pleased We moved here and have had nothing but the best since we moved in. I amended my previous review to add our current feeling along with how We felt when We first moved in. We are truly happy here and look forward to many more years here. We have just recently moved in. I am truly very happy with our experience here so far. The very helpful Tina assisted us with our questions and application processes. I feel we were treated professionally but also personally. She listend to our needs and showed us units she thought we would like from what was aviable. I was very impressed. The area is just beautiful, peaceful, neibors are friendly, staff friendly. I'm so happy to call this place our home. The Apartments have wonderful amenities and plenty of things to do.. A very happy tenant..

These units are very old. That being said the maintenance workers are on it. The area that my apartment is in is great. My door faces nature. There are wild peacocks all over this area. I don't care for how people deal with their garbage. The dumpsters get filled with things that should go to the dump like broken furniture, mattresses, etc. I like it here a lot and plan on being here for awhile.

The apartment I rented does not have wheelchair access from the parking lot. I never would have rented here if I would have known. Also they try to get you to pay for upgrades to the property. I was asked if i wanted new cabinets put in with a cost of $75.00 tacked on to my rent each month, with no payoff date. Also they charge for water, sewer, and trash, with no clear cost analysis. The first month it was $59.00, and the next month it was $98.00. I know i didn't have any more trash, nor did I flush the toilet in excess, or use more water. I really hate living here, it's so depressing.
