This housing complex is a quiet neighborhood very well managed by Erin, who is does an impeccable job on taking care of the place being always quick to response to the tenant's requests.

Windsor Townhomes is a great place for families to live and close to shopping (Zona Rosa/Legends) and attractions in Kansas City. Mrs. Apple is a fantastic property manager and is really responsive to all questions and work orders. The townhomes are a good size for a small family and affordable and well maintained. The maintenance personnel do a great job with all work requests, snow removal, and yard work. The area is safe to live in and has the best July 4th fireworks show.

Overall a good place to live and safe area too. Ms. Erin was an amazing property manager and helped out a lot. And Mr. Bruce the maintenance guy was very good and helpful with any needs. I would recommend renting here especially if you work at KCI or are in the military.

Moved into the townhomes without ever seeing in person, pleasantly surprised. (Moved from out of town) Spacious units along with attached garages. Owner and management were great to deal with.

They are very oppressive in regards to the animals of your family, and if you are unlikely enough to become a part of the residency here, you will begin to get very uncomfortable over your animals making their presence known when management is around
I have ,very unprofessional . I will report them once I vacant property . Had I known what i was going to endure living here ,I would never spent a dime .
