The family care team is great! I was disappointed when going to "urgent care" here and being told that it would be an hour and a half wait to be seen. I left and had to go elsewhere, because I couldn't wait that long.

Let me start out by saying, this staff was consistently great! Super happy, friendly, positive, and made my husband and I laugh even though I’d just taken a tumble and was in pain. I wouldn’t change anything about them and was so relieved to have them helping me. Just awesome. Facility was clean and easy to navigate with the help of the staff. Check in process was super easy. I will say that I called before leaving our home and there was no assistance for help over the phone, but it was somewhat of an emergency so we hopped in the car to get there asap, and again was not disappointed once I was there. Insurance and financial responsibilities were not discussed. However, I understand how my insurance works so I generally know what to except. Probably not the same for some, and I always recommend to understanding your insurance benefits or ask for help if you don’t.

Called and went through the whole menu. Then it said “We are having systems problems and call back later or tomorrow”. Then it just hung up on me. How about NO!! Went to a real hospital
