I ordered a Big John (#5) sandwich and it was bad (still have stomach cramps): the bread was from two days ago (not crunchy and tasting rubber), and the tomatoes and lettuce were soggy. I should have known better as already from the outside this J&J looks like a dump. Do not go there.

Paid $2 extra dollars for meat I didn’t get, and he forgot to give me a pickle and I had to call him out on it and he was super embarrassed. Sorry bro, your two buddies you work with that you are busy laughing with are both as mindless as you are. Skip this location.

We tried the Zesty Garden Turkey Club, which is only available for a limited time. Get it now while you can, folks! It was delicious! We also love it that the JJ's just south of Dodge on 72nd is open past 10 pm!

This seems to be a consistent issue with this location. I’m not sure I’ve gone back because every single time I’ve gone my order has been wrong. I’ve never had issues with this location until recently. I’m not sure what’s going on but my visit today draws the line and I want to make sure someone knows. I ordered through drive through. I asked for the #16 add Jimmy mustard, Jimmy peppers and oil and vinegar. The person taking my order asked me to repeat it at least three times. She said #6 and I said #16 and repeated what to add again. Then I ordered the next sandwich and again, I had to repeat the order multiple times. She would repeat one thing back to me because that’s all she got and it wasn’t even correct. I’m not sure how many times I had to repeat it. I get home about to eat my food and the order is butchered. We asked for jalapeño chips and got original (this happens almost EVERY time.) Then my sandwich is absolutely wrong. I asked for #16 and even though I had to repeat it multiple times, they still gave me the #6 plus didn’t even add any of the extras I asked for. So not only did they get the extras wrong, but the whole entire sandwich. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I have continued to give them chances and every time it is not what I order. This is a complete waste of food because I do not want the #6 sandwich it only has veggies. So now I just wasted my money and still hungry. Disappointed to say the least. A mistake here and there happens, it’s human. But to consistently mess orders up and now give me the completely wrong food I just can’t understand anymore.
