Tired of the long waits when there are 8 staff working. Most standing around when there is a long drive thru line and I counted 12 people inside waiting for their orders. I guess should be lucky they are even open lol!

Yeah, it's a Starbucks. Never spend much time here since I just order online. Coffee always ready and hot at estimated time. Staff is very nice and most "know" me due to many visits. Feel like I fit right in.

Great service. I really enjoyed watching the Cashier helped a customer that was in front of me. She was patient and courteous with the entire transaction. (There was some technical issues with her transaction.) I received the same service without difficulties. The wait wasn't overly long considering I walked inside.

Customers are to wear a mask over their nose and mouth at all times. Employees wash their hands, use sanitizers, and wear a mask over their nose and mouth at all times as well. Everything is cleaned and sanitized after each use.

I would have to disagree. I've seen how hard the baristas work and very fast paced. They also are always super busy so they must be doing something right! They serve all of Burlington. I just dont see them closing down
