I come to Elizabeth’s about 3 times a week, the other day I had ordered my usual, a hot Italian Sub, comes with lettuce tomatoes meat, cheese, everything on it. Well the sub I had got was literally a piece of bread with 2 slices of salami on it. So I called the place to let them know and that there must have been a misunderstanding when I called it in, but the girl who answered the phone her name was Jamison, straight up was just like “well it’s your fault you ordered it that way” and continually kept blaming me for it being made that way. (Who’s gonna order a sub that way?)😂. But then said that that’s how the Italian sub comes with just bread and two slices of meat and that you have to add whatever else on it. Which is false because like I said I come here 3-4 times a week for lunch and say the same thing everytime! Other than this time I love this place so I was really disappointed to be treated like this.

First off Madison was amazing and a joy to have as a waitress. But that’s where the good ends because once you get the food you wish you didn’t order it. The food was very plain with no seasoning and the pizza was nothing to write home about. So if you are looking for good Italian food look somewhere else because this was not. When a restaurant don’t take the time to make good tasting food the question becomes why even try. Now if I can rate the waitress she was 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Even if they were, I wouldn't go if I was starving. They charge for cups of water and the food was cold after waiting for over an hour.
