Never really been to Jimmy John's before. This one was good. Staff were young and a little upset that we walked in at 6pm (they close at 7 so not sure why) but other than that it was clean, looked nice, and food looked like it does in the commercials.

The staff was extremely rude. They made my food incorrectly, and refused to fix it. I was with a group, so I ordered another sandwich that ended up having a hair in the middle of it. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered food online. Left my work and walked five minutes to location. I did not expect my food to be ready. That is fine. However, I do expect that if I walk in I will get my food BEFORE someone else who walks in after me, waits in line, and orders food from the register
