When we walked in it took over 5 minutes for someone tp even acknowledge us. Took our order wrong. Then told us they didn't have spicy chicken after we already were waiting on our order to be made for oved 15 minutes. We chose a new item and waited another 10 minutes for them to walk back out to us and tell us that another item we ordered they didn't have.... So we asked for our money back and left. Will never be back

We live close.. We have ordered a lot form this location.. But no more .. 3 orders in a row ...WE order 2 piece White... We get one piece.... We order coleslaw we get mashed potatoes... One breast we so small it had two bites on it ... The other was huge... In the last 3 visits our orders have all been wrong or short of the pieces we paid for ... We are all done with this site ..Thanks but no thanks

Im leaving this review as I sit in the drive through waiting to order at 940. They decided to jump on the speaker and tell me "sorry, we are closed." Looked up the times they are open. They are open until 10 pm. That is a whole 20 minutes early if they are closing. Done giving this place business. They have messed up my order mutliple times before i decided to leave a review. Im not one to leave a bad review but after multiple bad experiences i felt it needed to be known.

Haven’t eaten fast food in months, was really wanting some mashed potatoes and gravy. Until I seen a bug, mid bite! So gross! I don’t think it’s hard to change out gravy is it? Or is the place really that gross where there’s Nats landing in and on the food? Disgusting, get it together late night crew! 🤮🤮🤮
