I was their 05-17-22, around 10:15 a.m. Whoever the young girl was that was working was very rude and didn't greet nor was she inviting. If you're gonna hire young people make sure they have manners and are respectful.

During a time when you were super busy - the Service and Food Prep & quality of food was A+. I have visited several other Subway locations in the area and received less than favorable results. My appreciation to Management and your team!

I ordered, through the drive-thru, a Footlong BLT... not toasted but the bacon crispy. I got home and got a BMT... I called right away (about 3pm) and spoke to Katie... I am disabled so hard to get back out so I asked for a refund. I was told I would get a call from the manager and a refund for the sandwich (which is in the trash because I don't like Turkey and ham) ... no call... I call the store and neither Katie or the Manager are working. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have blasted them on my Facebook as well. I will drive out of my way to go to the one on 84th for better service and food!!
