If I could go with less stars they would get it. SO many issues from: Leaking, rusted railing, no flood lights when the power goes out, Doors don't latch or lock, management doesn't have a clue how to run the place. They are going to charge me since I didn't give them 60 days even though per law I am only required to give 30! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They are also going to charge me 2 grand because even though my lease is up they think I am required to give 60 days notice. Some of the pictures like my bathroom have been like that over 2 months. Don't believe there comment that they care either. They sent me to collections and now I am going to take them to court. SEE YOU IN COURT

This is the worst place to live in Ralston and surrounding areas. They expect you to share showers with everyone like your in prison. Paying over a $1000 a month and paying a lot in water and gas. They need to have a maintenance person who knows what to do to take care of the property. The dryer caught fire last week because the do not care for their tenants. The maintenance guy says he fixes the plumbing and holes in the ceiling just for it to leak the very same day. Something needs to be done with this place. The health department will be notified of all of this. The management here really does not do their job. Again this place is the worst place to rent from. Better think twice.

My sister and I have lived here for about 5 months and couldn’t be more disappointed. We rented a “refurbished” unit. The only difference in a refurbished unit is cheap vinyl flooring meant to look like wood planks. Upon our move in, I notified management of many different maintenance things that needed to be fixed. Maintenance did not respond until 4 months later. Before moving here, we were renting a house. We wanted an apartment so we wouldn’t have to maintain the lawn in the summer or shovel snow during the winter. Funny enough, the grass here is dead, yellow, and covered in dog poop. Upon this year’s first snow fall, management notified us that according to our leases, they were not obligated to shovel the sidewalks. They put salt near the doors, but good luck getting to your car. We had homeless people squatting in our laundry room until they were chased out by police. Yes, the buildings have laundry rooms. But the machines require the use of a reloadable pay-card that can only be reloaded in the main office building. Management feels they can lock up whenever they want without notice. Too bad if you planned on doing laundry that day. The building have plumbing issues. The pipes groan if your neighbor is taking a shower or flushing a toilet. Note in your lease application that your will be charged for utilities on top of your rent. This includes trash, hallway lights, the electricity to run the laundry machines. Expect to add $50 to your rent because of these extra fees. The windows are old, drafty, and don’t have screens in them. The office has attempted a few half-hearted events to try and engage with tenants. Disappointing. The maintenance staff is made of a few boys who don’t have much skill. We honestly can’t wait until our least is up. Moving in here was a terrible mistake. I wish I’d read some of these reviews before signing up.

After numerous changes in staffing and managers, this place is still deplorable. The new maintenance team feels it is okay to be unprofessional in both mannerisms and performance. Entering apartments without proper notice, leaving things broken for long stretches of time and just having a poor attitude about it. When the dishwasher broke down, tenants were just advised to discontinue use. Someone above me continued to use their washer during this time and it leaked into my ceiling, creating a big brown, moldy spot. It’s been months, still no answers on that. This weekend, we were without running water for an entire Sunday with no explanation or apologies. The secured entry stopped working long ago, anyone can open the front door anytime of day. Let’s make it worse by Jack hammering out a few parking spots in winter when we can’t pour any concrete to repair the missing spots. Who needs to park close to their building? The worst part about all of the undone projects is the staff and management’s attitudes about everything. They make no effort to care about the residents. Lisa Mendoza is the worst property manager we’ve had to date because she fails to be professional, direct and to listen. Hopefully, you’ll listen now, because I’m going to be loud in letting people know how you mistreat the residents and the place they try to call home.
