Clothes washer was broken for a week. The staff did offer to finish my laundry in the hotel’s large commercial washer and dryer. Breakfast needs more variety. Practically the same thing every morning. If you’re looking for a quick and convenient place to stay, this should suit your needs. A long-term stay and you will get burned out. 4 stars because the staff is great and accommodating. I appreciate legitimate effort in customer service.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the last 18 months. Any time I have interacted with staff at the front desk, or food service, it has always been wonderful. We are on a first name basis, and they always have my preferred room ready for me. They are always quite friendly. Liz, and Michael stand out as giving excellent service. I only have one concern, and that is with Maintenance. The entrance area is disappointing. There are frequently cigarette butts on the sidewalk and in the landscaping (what there is of it). The rose bushes haven't been properly taken care of for at least a year (dead heading, trimming). There really isn't anything welcoming about the entrance area. It is sometimes difficult to get light bulbs changed in the bathroom, too. It seems like it is only a part-time job for Maintenance.

Positive: The bed and pillows were good! It was quie! Negative: It could be a bit cleaner and better maintained. I guess we can still blame covid and staffing shortages? I listed concerns and felt like the manager in charge really cared and WOULD get to the bottom of those issues from the way he answered! I hope so!

After our reservation was made, hours later we received a call from them to let us know there was construction happening in the front of the building & we needed to park out back & use a back door. There was no up front parking near the back door so we had to carry everything through the parking lot to reach the dumb waiter on the side walk to get our belongings to our room. Pool & hot tube were great.
