Total Care is NOT what they call total care. This place does not offer total care. They have ridiculous internal "procedures." I was here because my stomach was hurting. They asked me if I had fever, I said no, but my temperature is above normal. They said: we cannot treat you, because you have high temperature. if your stomach hurts then we need to do telemedicine. Really??? Treat stomach pain using telemedicine?? I told them I don't have covid, and I am wearing a mask, but still they refused to treat. I went to another urgent care in the area and they didn't even ask if I have temperature or not. These are very stupid internal rules. I wish I could give this place a minus 5 for rating.

Very bad service. Make an appointment at 5:30, arrived at 4:30, waited until 6:30. At 6:00 being told people(more than 8 groups) ahead of us made appointment at 4:00. Absolutely not!Give U guys suggestion. Try to make appointment as early as possible! Because no matter what time you make, you will be the head of the crowded line!

DON'T GO TO THIS URGENT CARE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DIE! This is not a urgent care. They are trying to make patient die! My family member went to this urgent care months ago. They were diagnosing him as stomach issue and sent us prescription medication for stomach. However! The issue was not solved in the following months until last week. We went to ER because extreme painfulness. And the doctor said it's not stomachache, but PANCREAS! We are so shocked that a professional licensed urgent care can diagnosed so falsely! Doctor also said the pancreas has been damaged very seriously and some part are hurt really terribly BECAUSE OF EATING THE MEDICATION this TotalCare Clinic prescribed! We are filing a lawsuit. We will fight till the end. This is unacceptable! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC. They are hurting you!!!!!

So after I went to their El Monte location, I decide to change my primary doctor to them as well. I came in the Chino office since this was closer to my house. The doctor is really professional and staff in both locations are super friendly. The office is clean as well. Glad I made that decision.

Yes we do! We accept IEHP for both primary care and urgent care, as well as Molina and straight Medi-Cal.

Hi - it depends. If you have United PPO, you can schedule a phone consult first and we can perform the test next day. If you have HMO, it depends on your medical group and PCP. We can only do the test as an urgent care, so you would need to have one of the medical groups that we take for urgent care, and not us as your PCP. Hi! Yes we do, it's $80 for first time and $60 for follow-ups.
If you have insurance, we collect the copay and bill the rest to the plan. If you do not have insurance, a first visit is $80 and all following visits are $60.
