E-check is a ridiculous waste of tax dollars if it were state wide I'd understand but to only have a few countries require it is beyond a waste of funds that could be better used to maintain our terrible roads

Yes. I had my passenger air bag light on and still passed. I think they're only interested in the lights related to emissions.

Why am I getting the message "VIN can't be deciphered at kiosk? My vehicle meets ALL requirements to be tested at a kiosk, the VIN is correctly scanned in, my vehicle is well maintained and it passed e-check in 2014, 2016 and 2018 with NO problems.
