Why do we still have e check in some counties but not others? Is there a dome I'm unaware of that keeps the air separate?

I don't no but I known its wrong if we have to have it every on e should have it

Don't know why only certain counties have it but I think they should do away with it. We aren't rich people that can afford to fix their vehicle every time a machine tells us there's something wrong.
