Extremely poor quality pictures. Photographer is a novice and rushed the session. I do not understand why all the local schools both private and public use this photography shop to senior and class pictures. so baffling- I have never heard one parent say one good thing about this place.

Horrible customer service. Arrived at the location 5 minutes early for my appointment. Girl walks in and they tell her her appointment was a half hour before mine and that she was late. Then they tell her don’t worry about it and leave me sitting there. Once I was a half hour into my appointment still sitting waiting I said something and the guy up front shrugged his shoulders and said nothing I can do. I said refund me my money and I’ll have someone else take the photos. I best get my refund. No attempt to even try to make it right. On my way out the door the photographer comes out and says she is ready now. Yeah no thanks.
