We were the only people in the restaurant. I actually had a craving for a Wendy's burger. We were served old nasty tasting fries. I did ask for fresh ones and were given some, NOT as many that were served the first time. My burger was lukewarm not hot. As we were sitting there a worker was complaining very loudly about a customer in the drive through. How they were unhappy about their fries! I said to my husband, well they were old of course they did. To sit in the restaurant and listen to an employee talk very LOUDLY about a customer poorly was not right! The "manager" was actually a kid, when I say kid I mean 20 or younger, she did get me more fries and was trying to be a manager but should have nipped it in the bud. I feel like they need better management. Then I bought a frosty. First, when did they change that? Not as chocolate as I remember. Didn't taste the same. Secondly, the order came to 3.09, I gave the girl 5. She gave me back 3.10. I said this is not right, your drawer will be wrong. She said no that is OK keep it. I went back to my husband and then a couple minutes later hear her say to another employee, hey someone tell me what is 3.09 from 5? This is very sad. Someone from Wendy's need to tell the employees that customers in the restaurant can hear them, ESPECIALLY IF NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE RESTAURANT!

When it comes to fast foods, the family enjoys going to Wendy's; Rarely, there are any complaints ... well, until today. My wife and children each ordered a fried chicken or fried fish sandwich. Each sandwich was hard and tough to eat. This tells me that the meat (chicken or fish) was either over fried or it was pre-cooked and then reheated. Then again, as far as, my wife showed me her fish patty in her sandwich wasn't a golden brown as one would expect ... it was burnt as in dark brown edges. We will definitely think twice about returning back ro this establishment. Poor quality of food.

Id give them negative stars if I could. First thing is I get greeted at the drive through with "what do you want". Super rude and unprofessional. I then ordered 2 large frosty chinnos with extra cream. I said it twice. Pull through, more rudeness, pay for my drink and leave but before I can leave I notice that there isn't any extra cream, there is barely any cream at all! I pull around and ask then to fix it and they don't. They wouldn't give me my money back or give me what I asked and paid for. They had some ride minor in there and the manager should go be ashamed and embarrassed. Completely unprofessional and the worst Wendy's around. You guys will be Losing your jobs and this place will be shut down. I can promise you that.

Community Guides are not employees of the businesses you patronize. They are just neighbors trying to help. That being said... Always get a receipt! It proves your purchase and usually gives you a phone number or a survey to fill out for complaints or both! If you get no satisfaction from local management, call the corporate office. Most corporate offices routinely handle complaints and sometimes offer coupons for poor food or service. You can also ask them to replace the problem items so you can take the coupon to a different location. Hope that helps! I only eat well done food myself so I would complain too. You just need to do that where they can help you with that problem!
