Community Guides are not employees of the businesses you patronize. They are just neighbors trying to help. That being said... Always get a receipt! It proves your purchase and usually gives you a phone number or a survey to fill out for complaints or both! If you get no satisfaction from local management, call the corporate office. Most corporate offices routinely handle complaints and sometimes offer coupons for poor food or service. You can also ask them to replace the problem items so you can take the coupon to a different location. Hope that helps! I only eat well done food myself so I would complain too. You just need to do that where they can help you with that problem!
