Do you mean is it possible? Yes, you can refill ink cartridges. Will they do it for you while you stand around and wait? No, they won't. You can turn in your old ones and buy refills. Or you can buy the kit and refill it yourself. It really is better to recycle you old cartridges and just buy new ones. The quality always seems to be better.
I don't think they do, but it depends, though, on what kind of shredding you're asking them to do. I'd give them a call and ask.
