I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from Peter. I had a great experience working with Peter. He really took the time to show me a bunch of cars and find the best vehicle that met my needs. Peter was responsive, attentive and a genuinely nice guy to work with. The process was seamless and no pressure to buy extra items. I am really impressed that this dealership is not price gouging customers by overinflated MSRP and adding ridiculous alarm packages and "extra accessories" that is just more mark up. This dealership is working to build relationships and take care of their customers while most of the industry is taking advantage of customers. Overall an A+ experience.

This was truly the best car buying experience I ever had. My salesperson, Eli, was courteous, straight-forward, thorough, and extremely accommodating during the entire process of purchasing my Ioniq 5. The toughest part was the drive to and from Los Angeles - but for this experience, it was very worth it!! Please support this dealership!!

This has got to be the best dealership in the country. I was in the market for the Ioniq 5 and have been shopping around since last April to find one without ridiculous markups and mandatory accessory packages. My dealer in Arizona wanted nearly 12k over msrp after all of the inflated charges! I put myself on a waiting list after talking to Cody last April thinking that I would never get the call. Well, I did indeed get the call and that it would be there at the end of August. I still didn’t believe it but Cody assured me that I was locked in. I made flight arrangements from AZ to the Palm Springs Hyundai dealership and there she was, my new Ioniq 5! This is the first time that I’ve ever bought a new car, so I was meticulous about the details and Cody and Jeff in finance answered them all. And yes, their policy of no price gouging is true, the sales contract looks like an iPhone receipt: msrp, tax, doc fee etc., zero haggling and “let me talk to my manager”. The whole staff was very friendly and professional as well. Since I was planning on paying AZ sales tax, I found out that I needed an escort to drive me to the border town of Blythe to sign and notarize tax transfer documents. Cody’s Grandmother and her friend were kind enough to escort me even though the traffic was delayed due to freeway damage from the recent monsoon. I felt terrible that it took so long to get to Blythe but they were so friendly and I appreciated them guiding me through that process. It really seems like a family environment at Palm Springs Hyundai. Overall, I am over the moon with my Ioniq 5 and truly appreciative of the service and team over at Palm Springs Hyundai. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know and will be buying future cars with them!

One of the only dealerships to offer MSRP pricing especially for hybrid vehicles. Thanks so much for being upfront with your prices and not offer any unnecessary addons. Shoutout to salesman Peter for being so transparent, responsive, and even trying to get us any manufacturer rebates. Dealership like you should definitely get more allocation of vehicles!
