I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. The dealership was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. Cody was my sales person and he was great. He was very thorough with explaining all the documents to me, how the car works, and making the sale a very enjoyable time. He has a great personality, and is easy to talk to. I will purchase a vehicle at this dealership with Cody in the future.

It's so good to be back as a MBZ customer again. It's been a few years but thrilled to be a part of the family again. Brenda Dryden is the most professional and delightful person to work with. I've known her for over 20 years and am so happy she was there to make it another great experience.

MB Dealership was built around 1972. Where the current parts department is was the original body shop for PS Ford long before MB was built.

How much is a full diagnostic work up going to be on my 2001 E320 with 250k miles? I have heard nightmares from others who took their car to PS MB for diagnostic only to end up with $500 bill. MB of Riverside was suggested as cheaper.

I spent $330 for a partial diagnosis of a rough idle. The diagnosis was a cam solenoid, had it subsequently repaired did not solve the issue. Local independent dealer ran a diagnostic analysis for free discovered a bad spark plug solved the problem that I've had for 2 years. Very disappointed

I got already couple of times the epc light on due to blown stop light bulb. First time they could not figure out what it was, second time I replaced it myself. I hope yours is an easy fix as mine.
