Ladys in the office were very helpful in getting me an appointment the same day I called. Technican texted me when he was on his way. He worked hard in extreme heat, was cheerful, and most important...fixed the problem.

We have used Wes Clarke Plumbing since 2007 and always a good experience. Clint was the service person all those years up until his recent retirement. I recently worked with Dennis who is the newest member of their team but has been with them for 7 yrs. He is very knowledgeable, neat and clean, and pleasant. Just a hint "he doesn't like it totally quite so really appreciated the music I had on during his visit"

I was wasting quite a bit of water from a failed hose bib and was very pleased to have someone come out the day I called. He had the part and tools ready and the job was accomplished quickly. Would definitely use them again.

You can’t get a snake down the drain hole. You’ll need to remove the overflow plate from the wall of the bathtub and pull the stopper out of the wall. If you’re lucky you’ll find your clog right there at the end of the mechanism.
More often than not this is just a loose washer within the faucet. If you take it apart look for the screw that goes with the washer. If you can’t find both, turn the water back on to see if you can flush them out. Thes plumbing issues can be relatively easy to fix
The short answer is prevention. Here in Indio, some of the homes were built before 1990. That’s at least 30 years of corrosion and rust building up. When pipes burst the expense can be astronomical. Even before that though, it causes low water pressure, water contamination, and leak in the pipes. Call us at Wes Clarke Plumbing to help you re-pipe your house
Over time plastic can become brittle/flimsy, especially in the harsh heat of Palm Desert and the Coachella valley. You should regularly check your plumbing pipes. This can lead to early breakage or sagging in lines. Plastic has to be glued which takes time and is subject to deterioration. Copper lasts much longer and can be soldered and checked immediately. Plastic does not bond well with metal, so connections to things like your water heater become likely fail points.
The best way to prolong the life of your plumbing fixtures and extend the life of your water heater is to install a water filter and/or water conditioner in your home. These systems are designed to stop scale build-up, protect pipes and fixtures and make all appliances that use water more efficient.
