Words cannot begin to express my appreciation for this peaceful and positive place. Bikram Yoga El Paseo has been a life changing experience for me. I feel tremendously better both physically and emotionally. It has helped me to find my inner calm. I had not done any form of Yoga and started Bikram Yoga about a month ago. I can't touch my toes yet, but there are modifications that can be done that are just as beneficial like touching my knees or ankles. It is a practice - a very rewarding one that I look forward to each time I attend a class. The teachers/instructors are phenomenal. A 90 minute class goes by so fast! It helps me stay migraine free and I credit it to the stretching of my spine and shoulders. Plus, you learn how to breathe properly. I have never sweated as much during exercise as I have with Bikram Yoga. I am so grateful for this place!

English is not my first language ….I follow along by watching and I am able to participate. I have not done yoga before, but that is ok…they welcome me and the instructors are very wonderful. This is a fantastic exercise to get healthy- mind, body and soul. 🙏Thank you Bikram Yoga El Paseo - you are the best!
