Is it standard to ask for a copy of a Social Security card? I've never had someone ask for this before Kass.

Hey I live in the Berwyn apartments under Kass management on 3244 Oak Park avenue. It’s record breaking cold and the heat has not been on all night. Please turn the heat on there is an iceberg forming in the building!
