Horrible place to do business with...I bought a dryer on 1/13/22 and it literally worked 11days and stopped hearing ...I called the store and he said his ",service people" would call and set an appointment...needless to say I got no call for two days...I called the store on numerous occasions and the owner kept telling me the service people would call ....they never did.....after three days I regretfully will just call someone else to service my dryer because this store reminds me of a scene from " I got the hookup" with master P when master P kept sending his customers to John Witherspoon and never got their stuff fixed..... PLEASE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS JUST A BIG HEADACHE AND A LOSS OF MONEY......I literally had this dryer less than two weeks......the review wouldn't let me put zero stars but that's what this business deserves

If I could leave half a star I would. After 2 weeks of owning this washer and dryer. The dryer started making loud noises and stopped dying. We have not been able to wash clothes for over 2 weeks now. The warranty states that if something happens to the dryer within 60 days, the company will send out a mechanic to fix it. They only have 1 mechanic, who is incompetent and only works after 6pm. The first week, he would not answer any of my phone calls or texts( by the way, this is not my job!!! The company should ensure their mechanic comes) the second week, He has come every day of the week and everyday he doesn’t have the right tool or piece to fix the dryer. PLEASE AVOID BUYING HERE. For your peace abs quality of a nice washer and dryer. I also complained to the store. They don’t know who the owner is and can only call the mechanic to come out. Again, DONT but there.
