I had Dr. Rivera years ago and until this day still hurt by the way she treated me. I had a miscarriage and I had just turned 18. She belittled me and made me feel the worst. Got an ultrasound done and then was told I had to get a D&C. Almost makes me wonder if I was just to early for the heartbeat to show. & Then when I got pregnant again the following year I came here and Dr Rivera still treated me the same. She has the worst bedside manner. I'm surprised she's held on to her license this long. Everyone else in the office was super nice and I love Dr Lopez. I wish Dr Lopez would step up to Dr Riveras place. Then this location would be alot better.

I could not thank enough the receptionist and Dr. Rebecca Rivera for accepting me and for very fast action. Dr. Rivera is very professional and is compassionate in giving care, she really cares and will be willing to listen to you so she could better understand your medical concern. I know these people have good heart and God made them to really help people especially moms who are struggling. God bless you Dr. and to super nice receptionist. May all Doctors and receptionist are like you.

You guys are so rude! Didn't tell me, a patient who has been with you for over 6 years that you were moving and then none of the phone numbers will go through and the doors to the other clinic are locked! I have an appointment to get the depo shot and you didn't even have the courtesy to call me! Now I have to try to find a new doctor that will give me the depo now.
