Furniture price tag colors quickly tell you if unit is available immediately or requires extra shipping time (very helpful considering long wait times for furniture at most places these days). Was able to negotiate with store manager to buy a unit right off the floor, and had it delivered in two days. Easy. Cancelled my $4,000 West Elm order after 10 minutes here.

This place has been around for a long time and I can see why. the price point and the quality of the furniture are perfect. I’ve picked up a few odds and ends here but never bought a large piece of furniture here due to the fact that I haven’t needed to buy any new furniture but I have friends who have told me this is the place to go if you need a new couch or any other large items.
