I visit this store all the time and they definitely have more than 3 mobile carts at this location.

Whatever you spend at jewel they will give you money towards ur iPass at jewel.....its a 2 dollar and change convenience fee....the box is $50....$10 refundable and $40 towards toll usage
Yes, just go to the service counter and ask for an I-PASS
Can't say I've ever seen any but that doesn't mean they don't carry them
I'm not sure if that's corporate wide or per store. I haven't seen that at the south side or Indiana locations. I would ask your local store at the front end counter.
