My daughter had just gotten a Flip4 phone and needed help to activate and transfer information. Since we were heading that direction, we stopped at the Homewood store. We were fortunate that Juanita was available to help us. We were also concerned that the insurance would cover the new phone. Juanita checked and asked me to call customer service. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I was told the new phone was not eligible. (I bought it through Sprint customer service.) Juanita spent the next 25minutes on the phone with the person to work out the issue and give all the information he kept asking for. Not only did Juanita help, she went over and above to make sure we were walking out of there confident that we knew how to use the phone and our insurance was intact. What a great employee.
