Waited 2 hours to complete cash transaction. Sales Associate said the delivery guys would put our frame & mattress together mo matter where we get the frame from, turns out, it is against their union rules to do that. You need to tell your Sales Associate the union rules. Not pleased at all. Even though the furniture is nice, we are SURE we will not buy again from your store. 👋 Goodbye.

French Bread (Olive Oil)

This place has failed so many times they’re stuff is always on back order for months they tell you the order will be ready in a few weeks which is ok then They get you to purchase it and then notify you it will be be months before receiving and all you want is your furniture just a bunch of scammers. Can’t believe this place has 4 stars this is my fourth incident and finally I’m doing a review. I’ll never do another purchase there at Roomplace again went to Bobs and finally woke up to how it’s a thousand times better from sales to professionalism.
