Just had a long talk with customer service, they charge my account even when I skip a month!! I wouldn’t even know until I check my account . They over drafted my account and only offered to refund me or offer me 20% off my next order. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want them to try and take money you didn’t authorize out of your account . Cancelled my account today because of this. Also they’re constantly sold out of most yoga pants.

VIP program needs some updating to terms otherwise this will be the demise of my loyalty. $49.95 'credits' result when you forget to skip the month. $49.95 of real money deducted from my bank card; However, this cash becomes 'credits' that I am not allowed to spend like real cash. Credits AKA your $49.95 are ONLY good on full priced items and can't be used to purchase anything that is on sale. So, if your favorite leggings happen to be on sale you must fork over more real cash to get the sale price or your entire credit is used for an item that may be on sale for $12! Unfortunate because every other aspect of this membership I really enjoy.
