It’s not just about how a company responds when things are good but what a company does when things go bad. We didn’t see any improvement in our bug issues and when I called to cancel, I was treated VERY rudely. Expensive quarterly service… expensive cancellation fee. This service didn’t work. asked, complain about waking up our driveway because they couldn’t drive up since we had cars in the driveway already and backpack being too heavy to carry.

They are so nice. They came out right away and sprayed for ants. By the next day, we didn't have anymore ants in the house. Their insecticide is pet and kid friendly and they even knocked down a wasp nest above our garage. I definitely recommend them.

I contacted Joshua’s pest control at the recommendation of a couple neighbors. We were having issues with ants coming inside the house and brown widows had taken over our backyard. James arrived on time and was very professional. He started by explaining in detail exactly what he was going to do. When he completed the service he gave me some recommendations on how to keep pests away. I’m very pleased with the service and happy that I signed up for their annual plan.
