Even though we have no accidents or claims, our insurance keeps going up month by month. When I called to have someone look into it, I was put on a really long hold, just to be hung up on. When I called back they automatically hung up. Shopping for a different insurance company for sure now.

Only insurance company that has rates go up even though your an excellent driver and have no claims. I called and they blamed the "area" I live in, but they refuse to send data on why the cost of doing business in my area went up. Looks a little suspicious when there is no transparency.
