I usually enjoy going into this DSW because they have more variety than the location closest to where I live. I went there thinking they would be open because of their hours posted online and even though it said they were open online, there was a written sign on the door saying they closed at 5:30 PM that day because of staffing issues. Help your customers out by updating your online information so that it’s accurate.

I wouldn’t use any stars but to make a comment I had to….. Saturday16th July they had a blackout… instead of being apologetic they yelled at people to get out !!!!! They argued with customers when they said they were being rude… they need to be trained to handle such things… we were shopping for for shoes for a wedding …won’t buy them there now!

Shopping experience is great, Karen Ortiz help me immensely. She was nice, helpful and very professional. I shop there alot for great savings and beautiful, stylish and COMFORTABLE shoes. I can't say enough good things about KAREN. I followed up with a call to the 1800 number and her manager her in San Antonio. TY ❤️ Karen, your customer skills are beyond GREAT!!!

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE bought a pair of shoes in store tried them on they felt perfect Wore them out for about an hour till they rubbed my skin off and gave me blisters went to the store and the lady wouldn’t let them be returned she was very very rude terrible customer service. She said it was my fault for wearing them out and that it’s not fair to other people.
