They charged my credit card on December 31st, 2021 for shoes I sent them for resoling earlier in the month. When I called customer service on February 4th to inquire as to where my shoes were, they informed me that it would be another two weeks before they would ship. I inquired as to why they charged my card way back in December and she informed me that they had people that sent them shoes that didn't pay for the work, this after I had already given them my card number and authorization! Then the Customer service rep claimed that I insulted her after she has informed me that she didn't trust me to pay for my shoes! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and I will be out the shipping cost incurred when I originally shipped the shoes to them, the price that I'll have to pay for dealing with such an underhanded company! If they don't trust me to pay them, why should I trust them to fix my shoes?

Most comfortable and durable shoes. A bit pricey but the footwear lasts for several years and are worthwhile!

Very rarely but if you are Diabetic these well made shoes are worth the price. They do have sales but I have never seen sale prices below $100.
