Worst experience at any store, ever. The young manager working the evening shift has an attitude and absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She has no business managing any store. Horrible attitude and truly doesn’t care about people in general, she’s there to collect a paycheck and that’s it. I made a purchase that she insisted I did not make because their system failed to print out a receipt even though I was able to show her proof that the funds did in fact leave my account and also contacted my bank while in the store to show her once again that I did in fact purchase the item. She walked off with an attitude before the banker themselves could tell her that the transaction went through. She told me I would not be leaving the store with my items unless I purchased them again (she must still live with her parents because to her $65 was nothing and I should have no problem spending that twice). These were school shoes for my daughter so there was no way I was leaving the store without them being that she was so excited to get them for her first day back so I purchased two pair of shoes and only walked out with one. Sucks that one person can provide another with such a terrible experience that it can ruin your desire to spend another dime with an entire corporation. Hope that Rack Room Shoes makes this right but if they don’t, my bank sure will.
