Beautiful and long dog beach. Only saw maybe a dozen other folks on the entire beach with dogs. Can also be accessed via the Nature Preserve parking just south of this beach.

Yes no restrictions. But Dog should have good manners.
No, we did not have to pay. We parked and walked down and enjoyed the beach with our dogs off leash. Just make sure to bring your own poop bags and be ready to take them with you, they don't have any trash cans.

There is a state beach close to the area that you can have RV access and tent areas. Morro Strand State Beach is the name. Check it and see if it is for you. It is close enough you just have to walk around a cliff area and its dog beach!
